Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Shipping And Handling
Because our products contain no preservatives or additives, if you live in an area of the country where it takes more than 3 days for our products to arrive, we recommend that you choose to upgrade your shipping method to 3 Day Select. You may either email us at info@berlinnaturalbakery.com or call us at 800-686-5334 to find out what the extra cost for expediting your order would be. Our cookies and noodles have a much longer shelf life, but the breads, buns, pizza crusts and breadsticks only have about a 6 to 7 day shelf life from the day they are shipped. We highly suggest that you keep any of our perishable products that you won't be using right away, in your freezer. Since refrigeration tends to cause spelt bread to dry out more quickly, we don't recommend it except for the Tea Breads. They seem to do fine in the refrigerator.

Delivery Schedule
We ship your order as quickly as possible after it is received. Keep in mind when choosing your method of shipping, that our products do not contain any preservatives or additives, so it is best to choose a method which will get the products to you within 3 days. However, when choosing your method of shipment also keep in mind that UPS does not normally deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States, sales tax will be apllied to all non-food orders placed in the state of Ohio. All food orders are tax free.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
