Our Sprouted Biblical Spelt bread is our interpretation of the Bible scripture found in Ezekiel 4:9.  Unapologetically loaded with sprouted goodness- and full of flavor.

The whole grains, legumes and seeds are all sprouted on site and stone ground fresh daily to ensure no risk of rancidity and to maximize freshness.  

Although this is a hearty loaf of bread - the sprouting process combined with the high water solubility of heirloom Spelt grain aids in the ease of digestion.
