We commit to doing everything we can to ensure you have a positive experience with us every single time you order from our website. When your order is delivered, inspect it closely. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours after receiving your order, via email (info@berlinnaturalbakery.com) so we can investigate and do our best to determine the best course of action. We deal with every refund or replacement request individually, but if we are not contacted within 48 hours after your order has been received, it makes it much more difficult to determine that a refund or replacement is warranted.

And don’t forget – the best method of storing our products, is to freeze them. They have no preservatives which means they have a short shelf life if not frozen.

1. When Can I Expect My Order to be Delivered?
We ship your orders as quickly as possible after it is received. The following is our typical shipping schedule but please note that these times may vary depending on the volume of orders we are receiving at the time.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will usually ship on the following Monday. Also, orders placed after 12pm (EST) on Thursdays may not ship until early the following week depending upon your shipping method and location.
Note: orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will ship the following Monday for all Customers located on the West Coast.
2. Where Can I Purchase Berlin Natural Bakery Products?
Feel free to check our map of retailers here where you can enter your city/zip code by clicking on the 'bracket' icon at the top right-hand corner of the map. If there seems to be no retailer near you on our map, that does not mean that your local retailer doesn't carry our products. Many stores order our products from a distributor and we typically do not have access to a list of stores that a distributor sells to.
If you cannot find a retailer near you then you do have a few options.
1. Request Berlin Natural Bakery products at your local health food store.
-Most stores take customer requests very seriously so you should always feel comfortable communicating with them about products you would like to see sold in their stores. We are very thankful for all of our retailers and we know, from personal experience, that they desire your feedback. Note: our products are typically sold in the Frozen Foods section so be sure to check there when looking for our products at retail stores.
2. You can order from us directly via our online store or by clicking on "Products" at the top of this page and choosing the items you would like to purchase.
3. You can contact us if you need any additional help in locating our products.
3. Are Berlin Natural Bakery Products Gluten Free?
Our products are made from Spelt which does contain gluten. However, the gluten in spelt is much more fragile than the gluten in wheat making it easier for the body to digest and break down. If you are required to be on a gluten free diet by your Physician, we highly recommend that you speak with him/her before trying our products. We make no gluten free claims on our products.
4. Do You Ship To Canada or Internationally?
Due to the perishable nature of our products we only ship to the contiguous United States.
5. Where do I put in My Discount Code?

6. I Have a Nut Allergy. Are There Any Nuts in Your Products?
There are no peanuts or tree nuts in our bakery.
7. Does the Honey You Use in Your Products Have High Fructose Corn Syrup in it?
No. Our honey does not have corn syrup of any kind. It is pure organic honey from the rain forests of South America.
8. Do Your Products Contain Genetically Modified Ingredients?
We were the first bakery in the United States to have our bread products Non-GMO Project Verified. Taking a stand and saying NO to GMOs is not easy but we certainly believe that it is right. Learn more about why we joined the Non-GMO Project

9. Do You Offer Bakery Tours?
We do not offer bakery tours at this time but you can visit
Nature's Food Market (Berlin, OH) to purchase our products locally.
10. What kind of Spelt Grain does Berlin Natural Bakery use?
We use a USDA Organic Heirloom Spelt grain that is grown from a certified and protected seed.
11. Why do your breads say "Organic Spelt flour" but don't have the USDA Organic logo on them?
The short answer is, to use that logo is VERY expensive and we can't afford it.

12. Is the Spelt you bake with sprayed with Glyphosate before harvest?
The glyphosate issue has been on our radar for quite some time. This is why we import an heirloom variety of Spelt grown in Canada. It is USDA certified Organic and we have received documentation about how they do NOT use glyphosate on their crops.
13. Are your products Kosher?
Yes! They are all Kosher OU certified!
