Hello Berlin Natural Bakery Family - 

We are both happy and sad to announce that our all-star customer service rep, Marsha is officially retiring!

If you have called us in the last 21 years, odds are you have had the pleasure of speaking with Marsha. She is as kind and as patient as a saint. She has always answered emails and the phone with a joyful attitude. In fact, it's almost been a problem because we have customers who call in just to chit chat with her when she has other things to do! :) 

However, that is a testament to just how kind and enjoyable she is to speak with as well as how thoroughly she takes care of anyone who calls with any needs or questions. 

I know that her heart is feeling as bittersweet as ours are but we are so happy to see her taking care of herself and enjoying time with her friends and family and especially grandchildren!  

Marsha has left her mark on all of us and she has encouraged us to be better, more patient and certainly more kind. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten. 

God bless you, Marsha, as you continue on. Your Berlin Natural Bakery family will be behind you no matter what.
