Dear Berlin Natural Bakery Customer, We hope 2012 is off to a healthy start for you.  We’ve been working hard on making a few changes in our own lifestyles and will soon be attending the Natural Products Expo West checking out all the latest and greatest natural and organic foods and ingredients..  It’s like Christmas for the natural health enthusiast.  We’re really looking forward to attending. We’ve been working hard on several new products that will be launched in late summer early fall.  As we’ve been doing our market research we’ve noticed that nearly all breads in the marketplace now contain sugar.  We’ve always been big fans of honey, but after checking out pricing it became obvious to us why bakeries are turning to sugar.  This inspired us to get feedback from the people that matter the most…YOU!  We’d love to hear your feedback on your preference between the two.  Both the sugar and the honey would be Organic and Non-GMO.  You can post on this blog, email us at FeedBack@BerlinNaturalBakery.com, or you can go to our Facebook page and leave us a post www.FaceBook.com/BerlinNaturalBakery.
