Try this recipe if you don’t have one: Cook 1 or 2 pkgs of the Alb-Gold Spelt Penne in a pan of boiling water to al dente (the pasta is still firm, but not hard). Drain and rinse with cold water and pour into a large serving bowl. Add bite-sized chunks of your favorite cheese, olives, tomatoes, onions, broccoli and any other of your favorite vegetables, along with some slices of pepperoni if you like. Then add a jar of your favorite Italian salad dressing and mix all together. Allow to marinade together in your fridge and be prepared for all the comments of how “great” the pasta salad tastes.
