Introducing! New Spelt Bistro Breads!
Happy New Year, everyone! We hope your 2016 is off to a strong start and that there is nothing but prosperity and goodness ahead of you this year!
2016 is a big year for us as it is the year we celebrate our 30th Anniversary. So to kick off this historic year right - we have some big news! We plan to bring you many new products to choose from this year, and some of those products will be different from anything we’ve ever done.
Without further ado, we would like to introduce you to the first two breads of our new line of Artisan Breads - our Heirloom Spelt Bistro and our Seeded Heirloom Spelt Bistro.
Heirloom Spelt Bistro
Ingredients: Freshly stone ground whole grain spelt flour (wheat),
unbleached white spelt flour (wheat), water, cane sugar,
avocado oil, banana puree, sea salt and yeast.

Seeded Heirloom Spelt Bistro
Ingredients: Freshly stone ground whole grain spelt flour (wheat),
unbleached white spelt flour (wheat), water, cane sugar,
avocado oil, banana puree, sea salt and yeast, flaxseeds,
sunflower seeds, oat bran and sesame seeds

These Bistro breads are unique in a few ways. You’ll notice from the ingredients, that these breads contain both whole grain spelt and white spelt flour as well as Avocado Oil and Banana Puree. These ingredients give a different flavor and texture to the bread making them a little sweet and wonderfully soft. But one thing that hasn’t changed is that all the ingredients in these breads as in all of our breads, are Non-GMO and Kosher Parve.
Another great feature is that these loaves are sold unsliced so that you can determine how thick or thin you want your slices to be. The soft nature of this bread makes it easy to slice so you don't have to worry about using a chainsaw to slice through it.
And last but certainly not least - these loaves were made so that you can enjoy them in two different ways. You can either enjoy them straight out of the bag, or you can get that “fresh from the oven” goodness by simply baking the loaves for a few minutes in your own oven. Delicious! Everyone will think you baked these breads from scratch – it will be our secret!
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove bread from the packaging and place on an oven safe baking pan. Bake for 13 – 15 minutes or until heated through. It’s that simple.
