April has officially arrived and we are so ready for some spring goodness! 

Spring to us means ANGEL FOOD paired with fruit so we're sharing this gorgeous little loaf of deliciousness with you a little ahead of schedule! Hopefully it will help get us into Spring just a bit sooner as we are over rain and are ready for some warmth and sunshine!

I mean it when I say, our Angel Food loaf is the only angel food I have ever had that I love! It's so light and the delicate texture is exceptional - it's definitely got my heart! 

To add to the spring goodness, we're adding our dinner rolls to the mix. These rolls are so versatile and add a little something to any meal whether it be an Easter gathering or a weekday supper. Growing up we always had dinner rolls with butter or as a treat we'd add apple butter to them -  an Amish Country favorite! No matter how you pair these dinner rolls, they are up the the job and never disappoint!

Our Spelt Angel food loaf is an out-of-this world sweet treat that literally converted me into an angel food fan! This loaf of angel food has nicely balanced sweetness and a super delicate texture. Eat it as it is or pair it with literally any fruit for a delicious, well deserved, dessert treat!
