Next Thursday is offically the first day of fall and we can't wait for fall weather and (more importantly) fall colors to invade our little corner of the world. There is nothing like a little bit of cool air and beautiful fall colors to make our favorite fall comfort foods taste a little bit sweeter. 

Our Sprouted Biblical Spelt Bread is full of whole grain goodness, legumes and seeds making this a nutiritional powerhouse and a tasty loaf of bread. Although it may be hearty we use our sprouted whole grain spelt flour which makes it a little bit easier on the digestive system. Our Sprouted Biblical Spelt bread is definitely one of our "feel good favorites."  

Our Amish Country Spelt Cornbread tastes sweet with a great cornmeal texture that pairs well with any meal - especially a nice warm bowl of chili. Fun fact: the cornmeal we use in our cornbread is actually made from Organic Ohio Flint Corn grown by a local Amish farmer!
