Dear Berlin Natural Bakery Friends & Family, 

Let's start by saying, thank you for being so incredibly kind and gracious as we continue to work towards getting things back to normal! 

I wish I had more updates for you but I want to deal honestly with you. We are still unbelievably behind. With the one week power outage due to the storm and now the upcoming Monday holiday - we are baking, slicing and packing our little hearts out but it's been tough! 

We are behind in fulfilling online orders but we are actually further behind in providing for stores. So at this point, we will be prioritizing the top items that are in stores which is only a handful of items. 

This means that when you are on the website, you will see a whole bunch of items listed as out of stock. This is not permanent and we are hoping this won't continue for more than the next two weeks. 

Please hear me when I say, we are doing all we can to move Heaven and Earth the next few weeks. We're planning, strategizing and pulling out all the stops to get things back to normal. 

Also, please note that it seems summer has officially arrived for the majority of us - that means warm temps and humid weather so make sure you keep that in mind when you place your orders.

If you order during a crazy heat wave, maybe shoot us an email about holding the order for a week if the forecast seems to calm down. Or perhaps when there is a break in weather, stock up significantly to help you get through the hot summer months. Another option would be to give us a call to figure out the cost of expedited shipping at (330) 893-2734.

Or check our Store Locator to see if you are lucky enough to have a local health food store that carries our breads! I know having items shipped to your home is convenient but we do also believe in supporting our local retailers - especially in times like these when they could be really struggling.
