Hello West Coast Family! 

We have some news and we want to give you the opportunity to respond before we implement some changes. 

If you have been a part of our family for a while, you may know that we are located in Ohio (the yellow state in the map above). As you may have experienced, the further you are from us, the more unpredictable FedEx delivery timelines get.

Before COVID, we could generally count on 4 days for orders to get to the West Coast from Ohio but with all the happenings in our Country right now, we are seeing that FedEx Ground Home Delivery hasn't been predictable like they once were. 

This means it could take your order anywhere from 4 days to 10 days or more to get to you! This may not be a big deal for most non perishable items bought online but as a small batch, family bakery that uses no preservatives in our baked goods - it presents a huge problem! Add the summer heat and we just had to come up with some kind of a solution.  

As of July 1, 2021 we will require that all orders being shipped to the red states above will need to utilize FedEx Express Shipping. This means that with orders of $36 or more, shipping is a flat rate of $20 even if FedExExpress costs more - we'll cover it. 

This means orders that ship on Monday are guaranteed to be delivered by Thursday. And orders that ship on Tuesday are guaranteed to be delivered by Friday. 

We truly feel this is the best option to make sure both of us have options with FedEx when/if delays continue to happen. 

We will honor $5 flat rate shipping until July 1, 2021 so if you want to stock up - order now!
