Happy June, Berlin Natural Bakery fam! 

This month we are featuring and offering discounts on TWO of our newest Spelt breads that seem to have really made their mark with many of you! The Country Italian Spelt Bread and (my Mom's favorite) The Whole (Grain & Seed) Shebang! 

Our Country Italian Spelt Bread is one of our only sliced breads made with Organic Cane Sugar which certainly makes its flavor stand out! It is also made with a baking technique called a poolish so don't be surprised if you see a few holes in this bread! It is very common when using a poolish and we feel it just simply adds to its uniqueness and quirkiness! 

Our Whole (Grain & Seed) Shebang Spelt bread is also unique in that it is our only deliciously thick sliced bread! Its thickness keeps it warmer longer and makes for a nice crunch on the outside with a softness on the inside. Speaking of toasting - the numerous grains and seeds make this a toast dream! Not just in flavor but in its mouth-watering aroma. Perfect plain or loaded with all your favorite toppings.
