Happy May, Berlin Natural Bakery Family! 

This month we are featuring (and offering discounts on) THREE of our Spelt baked goods that are my absolute favorites and are each a staple in my household. Our Sprouted Spelt bread, our Gramma Moser's Zucchini Spelt bread and our Better Burger Buns. 

Our Sprouted Spelt bread has a great light texture but is strong enough to handle nearly any sandwich I can come up with and let me tell you, it is a champion with any type of toasts you can imagine. Made with very limited, high quality ingredients, baked in small batches and sliced and packed with care - this is a loaf of bread you can truly feel good about! 

Our Gramma Moser's Zucchini Spelt bread is out-of-this-world delicious! The recipe for this positively "melt-in-your-mouth" Zucchini Spelt Bread came from Marie Moser, the beloved grandmother of one of our own employees! This scrumptious, time-tested recipe handed down from generation to generation, does itself proud.

Our Better Burger Buns have, not surprisingly, gotten the better of me a time or two. Their flavor alone is so tasty that I truly find myself nibbling at it before I can get a burger onto it! It's dense and able to handle layer upon layer of all your favorite burger or sandwich ingredients. So stock up because these burger buns do not disappoint.
